1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of rental services provided by zyraxylum.com (PE, registration ID 41386630), located at Business Center 'Sigma', 12 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

2. Rental Rates and Deposit

Rates are displayed on the website. A refundable deposit may be required. Details are provided at booking.

3. Age Limits

Renters must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Valid ID required.

4. Liability

The renter is responsible for the equipment. Liability for damage or loss is limited to the replacement value.

5. Consumer Rights

Consumers are entitled to complete and accurate information about services, prices, terms, and dispute resolution under the Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 10.06.2022 No. 2320-IX.

6. Personal Data
