Two ways to pay: by the hour, or by the day

Every rate is published here before you reserve. Pick the hourly meter for a short ride across the centre, or the 24-hour rate when your day runs longer. One helmet, one lock, one phone mount and third-party liability coverage are part of the rental price.

See the hourly and daily price tables, the list of mandatory fees, and the rental requirements for age, ID and helmets.

Rates

Two rental tiers, compared hour by hour and day by day

Every rate below is per vehicle and already includes the mandatory items listed on this page. The hourly tier suits a single ride across a district; the 24-hour tier becomes cheaper than five hours of hourly riding, and multi-day rates apply from day two.

A 24-hour tier covers one full calendar day from collection and is charged once. Switches between the hourly and fixed tier are made at the pickup point before the ride starts. See the mandatory fees and what each rate already includes. Riders must be 18 or over with valid ID at collection.

Mandatory fees

The four charges that sit outside the rental rate

Hourly and daily rates do not cover the items below. Two are refundable or optional, two apply only if something goes wrong at return. All amounts are in hryvnia and are settled at the pickup point, not online.

Deposit or waiver, not both. The deposit is returned in full when the vehicle comes back as it left. The waiver only limits what you owe if it does not.

Nothing is added quietly at the counter. Helmet, lock and phone mount are already part of the rate, and the battery swap allowance is stated per tier. See what the price already includes and the rental requirements.

Included

Five items travel with every rental tier

Helmet, lock, phone mount, third-party liability coverage and one battery swap per 24-hour daily rental are bundled into the tier rate. Route guidance comes with the vehicle as well, drawn from measured distance and ride time rather than adjectives.

  • Helmet, sized at collection

Required for riders under 18, recommended for every rider.

  • Lock with two keys

Fits the frame mount on each e-bike and scooter in the fleet.

  • Phone mount for navigation

Handlebar mount sized for handsets up to 6.9 inches.

  • Third-party liability coverage

Applies for the full rental period, hourly or daily.

  • One battery swap per 24-hour rental

Swap at any pickup point during opening hours.

None of these five items is billed as an add-on. Anything that does fall outside the tier rate is set out in mandatory fees.

Rental Requirements

Who can ride, and under what rules

The same conditions apply to every e-scooter and e-bike released from our pickup points in Kyiv. We check them at handover, before the vehicle leaves the station.

  1. Minimum age 18, with valid ID at collection

Riders must be 18 or older. Bring a passport, national ID card or driving licence to the pickup point. The document is checked once against the booking name and returned straight away.

  2. One rider per vehicle

Each e-scooter and e-bike is issued to a single named rider. Passengers, a second rider sharing the deck, and towing of any kind are not permitted on our fleet.

  3. Helmet rules

A helmet is required for riders under 18 and recommended for all riders. Sizes S to XL are included with the rental, one helmet per rider, for the whole rental period.

  4. Traffic law and riding area

Use cycle lanes and roads where riding is allowed. Pavements, pedestrian zones and tram tracks are off limits. Ukrainian road traffic rules apply at all times, including the 25 km/h limit for e-scooters.
